The apartment had a cozy balcony where I could enjoy the stunning city views. The fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher made cooking so much easier during my stay. I loved lounging in the seating area and watching my favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. The smart TV with digital channels kept me entertained throughout my stay. Having a washing machine in the apartment was a huge plus for me. The complimentary wireless internet access was fast and reliable. The bathroom was clean and provided complimentary toiletries. The apartment had an electric kettle, which was convenient for making hot drinks.

Personally, I found the shower/tub combinations in the bathroom a bit inconvenient, but others might not mind.

It was perfect place for visiting most London attractions. Bed of our apartment was good. There was a bath in the private bathroom. Overall experience was such great.

I think it's an excellent place for a holiday. The venue is complete with iron/ironing board, a work desk, and a TV, has comfy rooms. If offers magnificent location short walk to supermarkets, Canary Wharf pier and the transport links.

The apartment was spacious with excellent facilities, including all the necessary kitchenware for a family vacation. the support provided by the Charles Hope telephone lines was exceptional and we received prompt assistance whenever we called.

The apartment had a few minor maintenance issues, such as loose door handles, that could have been easily fixed by a handyman. the lack of air conditioning made it quite uncomfortable during the hot week we stayed, although opening the doors helped to cool it down.

The staff was so kind and attentive, checking in with us daily to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Communication was a breeze through WhatsApp and SMS. The penthouse apartment on the top floor had jaw-dropping views of the City. Despite the location, it was very quiet and peaceful. Plus, there was a Tesco Express nearby and easy access to public transportation options like Thames Clippers and the Tube.

This place was mind-blowing, with a super clean and modern apartment. The convenience of having a nearby subway station within walking distance was a jaw-dropping plus. The staff may not be physically present, but their daily messages checking on our enjoyment and needs were absolutely amazing. Communication through WhatsApp and SMS was incredibly quick and easy. We'll definitely be back for more jaw-dropping experiences in this apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at Millharbour Apartments By Charles Hope. The penthouse apartment on the top floor offered stunning views of the city. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The large balconies and doors in every room allowed us to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Despite being in a convenient location, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The communication from the friendly and helpful team was excellent throughout our stay. We also appreciated the close proximity to Tesco express and the accessibility to public transportation, such as the Thames clippers and tube stations. we felt at home and enjoyed our time at this apartment.

The bathroom could have been better maintained, as the shower gel and shampoo seemed old and the toilet brush and parts of the walk were rusty. This affected our overall experience with the bathroom, but the rest of the apartment made up for it.
